NDE Bulletin
The NDE Bulletin system, used to communicate pertinent information about data collection deadlines, grant opportunities, accountability and accreditation information, and more. The NEW system (which began November 2019) works similarly to a newsletter subscription service (like MailChimp or Constant Contact), allowing recipients to self-select their categories of interest and update notification preferences. In addition, all active and relevant bulletin items will be visible on the NDE Bulletin webpage (https://www.education.ne.gov/bulletin/).
Perkins V: What’s New with CTE Accountability Indicators
This session will highlight the key changes between Perkins IV and Perkins V in relation to accountability indicators and data reporting. We’ll discuss the Perkins Performance Indicator Framework, the new performance targets for Nebraska, new definitions, what data needs to be reported each year, available reports, and finally potential impacts to CTE data given the COVID-19 pandemic.

School Finance Update
The School Finance Data presentation will assist Superintendents and Business Managers on reviewing/checking their school’s data related to TEEOSA. It includes checking student numbers in ADVISER to insure they are correct and filling in pertinent information for the State Aid components through the Consolidated Data Collections (CDC). The presentation also assist schools with issues related to the revised AFR changes to include student ADM, District/School buildings and contents amounts, and Per Pupil Costs.
